When can I access my gear?
Tenants receive secure 24/7 access using their own unique gate code, allowing you to collect or return equipment whenever your business requires it.
When does the yard open?
We are aiming to open from the second week of November 2026. The exact move-in date depends on the final site setup, and we will confirm it with you before your agreement starts.
Is there a long lease?
No long-term commercial lease is required. The standard minimum term on a fenced compound is one month. The Founding Members special is the exception: it requires a storage agreement of at least six months.
Is power and water included?
Yes, and both are included in your agreement with no separate metering or usage charges. Each private compound is planned to have a 10 amp power outlet, which suits lighting, battery chargers, hand tools and site amenities. Water is a communal supply on site rather than a connection inside each compound. If you need heavier power than a 10 amp outlet provides, contact us before you book so we can talk it through.
What size vehicles can the yard take?
The yard is built for rigid trucks, work utes, trailers, floats, machinery, containers and smaller commercial fleets. Very large road trains and semi-trailers are not suited to the site. If you are not certain your vehicle will fit, send us its dimensions and turning requirements before you book and we will confirm it with you.
Is my gear insured?
No. Customers remain responsible for arranging insurance for their own vehicles, equipment, containers and other property stored at the yard. Prime Storage Yard's insurance does not cover customers' belongings.
Can you provide a custom-sized compound?
Yes. Where space and the site layout allow, we can create a custom-sized fenced compound to suit your vehicles, machinery, containers or business operations. Contact us with the dimensions and type of equipment you need to store, and we will discuss the available options and pricing.
